Our History
I am a native Long Islander but had the good fortune of traveling to Europe and touring with a band for 5 years. I then trained in Switzerland, world-renowned for their service industry schools and training centers, and worked many years in the food service industry in all areas of the business. I became a Maitre'D and eventually opened up my own restaurant and bar. I also owned and operated an artist management and music production company and a restaurant and food service consulting business specializing in complaint management, conflict resolution, damage control and recovery and travelled around the world. I speak High German, Swiss German, Portuguese, (Brasileiro) as well as some Spanish and Italian.
With the advancement of technology you can now order a ride with the press of a button. I really appreciate all the benefits modern technology has brought us, but I can assure you no technology or machine will open the door for you or carry your bags and certainly no customer would ever want to discuss an issue with a machine. As in all endeavors, it is always the human element that has the greatest influence and the deepest impact. It is an integral part of all we do and we strive to incorporate the human element into all our work on a daily basis. It simply cannot be replaced.
My service philosophy can best be summed up in one word: personal. Getting to know your customers is the first step in providing the service they really want. I am an expert in developing and maintaining business relationships with a personal touch that's tailored to suit each individual customers needs.
